This retail store offers consumer electronics, home appliances, information technology products and telecom products. There is an experience zone by Microsoft. It is a huge digital retail store with a wide variety of all the popular brands on display.

The store entrance is stepfree. Internally it is at split level. While all the products are at the entrance level, the experience zone by Microsoft is at the upper split.
Very very horrible experience
We bought fridge and washing machine, experience was horrible...delivery was 7 days late and after following up for 7 day...cust service is pathetic..no one answers the call..if they answer they dont ve a solution and information...i was given total of 5 ph which i kept on calling and following...delivery was done at 9 pm which was also not convient time...also no istallation or demo given yet...real real bad service... spoiling the bib name of late Dhirubhai Ambani :(
Not Worth Buying Anything
I bought an apple ipod nano from there and it is not working whenevery i call them they don't pick up.....not just me there are many people who are having problem there. The place is not worth buying anything...it sucks!!

Never experienced such a bad service ever!
Bought lots of things there, like washing machine, TV, fridge etc. Would never ever do it again! The service ist the worst I've ever experienced! Goods were delivered too late, installation took AGES (!!!), some of the stuff did not work, replacement also took AGES! As I called customer service quite often to get the things done they did not even pick up the phone anymore (picked up though as I called from another phone - ha ha!). As soon as they heard my name they said they'd call me back and hung up - nobody ever called. Left a lot of money there because they seemed to have a good customer service. But this is to customers who have not paid yet only. As soon as they have their money, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS SERVICE ANYMORE! I recommend strongly: BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE! It ist not worth the trouble!
